From a Delegate to a Rapportuer:
.
As i always say we weren't born only to study,
eat, sleep and nothing else, time is running and with it sometimes we miss
doing many things as youth.
living each moment, getting out of our comfort
zone is something that we will appreciate doing after 20 years from now.
That's what more then 300 youth from different
45 cities in Algeria decided to do, and this what Algeria Model United Nations
is created for ( want to know more about the conference check my previous post
about my first experience ever in the 3rd edition of conference, the post is
shared in Arabic language).
The 4th edition of Algeria MUN was so
challenging, unique and special in it's own way, for me it wasn't like last
year when i was a delegate.
For DAIS team it was a whole different thing,
so much hard working, preparation since September to give the new delegates the
best experience ever, every second of the conference wasn't easy because we had
to throw our eyes and ears in everywhere around l'ESSA school.
As a rapporteur at the Economic and Social
council, i can tell it was amazing to have more then 30 delegate inside one
room, discuss very interesting topics and with the participation of more then
30 country, from different nations, cultures it was the best thing ever.
At the end of each day during the conference,
when i finally used to go to the meetings room and sit with the other DAIS from
different committees, discuss the work and everything i knew it's all worth
it.
I felt the real victory and the great results of all
the hard work during the closing ceremony where each committee represented it's
final draft resolution, it all felt like we were there for a reason for a
purpose which is making a real change, impacting others lives, we all walked
out from that door as winners, each one of us learned something new about
debating, organizing, expressing themselves in the best way possible and more.
it was so special to get to know every single
person to work with many delegates and make special memories with some of
them.
This edition was really worth it, each minute
of it ,As I really wish if it’s possible to go back in time and live every
moment of it over and over again.
I was really glad to see dear people coming to
it, people I met in the previous edition and new people too.
I hope in the coming editions I will see more
youth going for such great opportunities nationally and internationally because
through them we learn something new, find ourselves and what we stand for, our
thinking way really change us not only when it comes to a certain position but 70% in our
lifestyle.

can change the world are the ones who do”
